King's House: In Transition
Curating
King's House: In Transition, Brighton Photo Fringe, October 2016
In light of the sale of the King's House building and relocation of
Brighton & Hove City Council offices, this exhibition explored King's House as a transitional space. Portraits by photographer Caitlin
Chescoe, alongside oral histories by Brighton & Hove City Council
staff, documented the journeys being made throughout the building, making
visible the many untold stories of King’s House.
King's House: In Transition was curated by Sarah French, Jamila Prowse and Ruby Rees-Sheridan, Brighton Photo Fringe 2016 emerging curators.
